Well, I'm 23 now. I forgot to note it again, so here it is. As of Feb. 23 this year, I turned 23. I'm beginning to get old, ya know? Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure I reached my prime the middle of last year. So from here on out, it's all down hill. Then again, maybe it's just me. I could be all wrong. That'd be nice, wouldn't it? Still single, to boot. I guess I've been single since I was 20, and I really have no desire what so ever to amend that fact. Must just be weird. I remember when I was a kid, how I always thought life would be so much better when I turned 18. For children and teenagers, that really does seem like a magical number. Sorry to pop the bubble of any underage people that read this, but you couldn't be further from the truth. Turning 18 effectively weighs you down with the responsibilities of adulthood, without giving you any real benefits at all. People over 18 usually think of 21 as a magical number, but once again, it isn't. It just marks you as being of legal drinking age in the good'ol United States of America. So, on that note, I've got one thing to say to those of you that haven't yet hit 18, and it is this: Enjoy your freedom while you still can. Parents might seem like a major drag, but they normally only want what's best for you. There are a lot of mistakes you can and will make when you no longer have them to guide you. God knows I made plenty of them! Another piece of advice I can give... Don't go looking for love. If you do, you're liable to end up in a relationship you really shouldn't be in. Just chill, sit back, and wait for it to find you. You'll know when the time is right. Guess that's all I've got to say for now, so peace out.
